introduces a new addition for medical applications, the POC Cart Super
. It has the same compact size of the standard POC Cart, with added push in the cylinder to lift a bit more weight easily. The POC Cart Super is ideal for use as an ER PACS or OR PACS cart, Lean Lab cart or as an EMR cart; anywhere a small cart is needed.
The original POC Cart was designed as a mobile computer cart for laptops used to enter patient data at the bedside. The POC Cart Super expanded the capability to conveniently house full size PC’s, or PACS monitors for Radiology so it works well as a mobile medical computer cart. It can be equipped with a Bin and a Small Equipment Shelf that will travel with the Cart and keep necessities close at hand.
This height adjustable cart is moved by a lever controlled gas cylinder that adjusts the height so people of various sizes can work comfortably either sitting or standing at a surface of 29.25” to 39.25” high. Measuring 25” in diameter with a top shelf measurement of 20” wide and 20”deep, the POC Cart is small enough to fit in tight quarters.
The Super version lifts 25-40 lbs., compared to 15-27 lbs. for the Standard version. The lift capacity is based on the weight of the items on the cap shelf. Lighter loads will be harder to push down; heavier loads will be harder to pull up, (these ranges are estimates only.)
The POC Cart Super comes standard with one height adjustable shelf in a Light Grey color. Other standard features include a base, five soft rubber single 4” casters and an integrated handle for easy maneuverability. Built-in cable management alleys along the trunk of the cart to keep wires organized and out of sight. Customize with additional accessories like the CPU Shelf, Equipment Shelf, Basket and the LCD Arm. Constructed of heavy gauge powder coated steel in silver metallic, the POC Cart is available to ship in 3 business days after the order is placed.
