Anthro Corporation, the Portland, Oregon, manufacturer of modular, ergonomic furniture for technology, celebrates its 25th anniversary with the release of the new
Anthro 25th Anniversary Cart. Anniversary Cart brings a fresh, contemporary look to Anthro’s 25 years young family of mobile,
modular carts and workstations.
The Deluxe Anniversary Cart features an integrated LED lamp features both a gooseneck arm and a dimmer switch so users control the direction and intensity of task lighting. A low-profile fan is also located on the work surface to provide gentle air flow to keep users refreshed. And a frosted acrylic panel on the Deluxe runs the width of the cart at the back to provide privacy and reduce distractions.
Because even cordless equipment needs cable management, a large cable management trough runs along the back of the table to hold cords, cables, power strips, and transformer bricks off the worksurface. Telescoping legs adjust the cart height 25”-30” to provide comfortable position.
The Anniversary Cart’s worksurfaces are curved and smooth to be comfortable against arms when keyboarding. Anniversary Cart comes in a choice of finishes. Wood surfaces are Wenge (a dark simulated wood finish) or Satin Pearl (a bright, light patterned white). Metal surfaces are bright silver, and an optional bright green accent color called “Key Lime Green” is available.
A Standard version is also available in the same finishes. The Standard Anniversary Cart comes complete with either standard (30” high) or telescoping legs, a single work surface, and the cable management trough.
Anniversary Cart is made from 1” thick medium-density fiber board with contour-edged laminate that resists cracking and chipping and stands up to hard use. Legs and tubes are made of 16-gauge steel with a baked-on, powder coat finish. Casters are soft rubber twin-wheel 2-3/8” diameter casters, front two lock.
Anniversary Cart comes with a Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects.
Optional accessories include a 26” wide Keyboard Drawer in matching finish, drawers and shelves for storage, and flexible monitor mounts.
