Good ergonomics is about moving around as much possible! Whether you’re sitting or standing, find a way to incorporate movement into it. Dance around to music, fidget with your legs while you sit, stretch your legs, stretch your arms as tall as possible, squat or sit cross-legged on the floor. Just move! Change positions as often as you can stand it.
