Customer Service Representative

Our Customer Service Department is a close-knit, fun-loving bunch with a focus on overwhelming the customer with superior customer service. They tackle challenges with a twinkle in their eye and a smile in their voice. The Customer Service Representatives answer calls from current and prospective customers in a positive manner. The position is only limited by the needs of the customer.

Customer Service Responsibilities

• Interact with customers, primarily via telephone, email or Live Chat.
• Answer product questions and consult with customers to troubleshoot and problem solve as you help them decide on the best Anthro solution to suit their needs.
• Generate and enter both quotes and various types of orders using SAP.
• Take care of customer needs after the sale.
• Respond to emailed questions from customers via email or telephone.

Training Program
Our onsite training program includes both product and software instruction. The initial training course typically lasts 4-6 weeks. Afterwards, you will join the Customer Service team in answering inbound phone calls. In addition to helping customers on the phone, the Customer Service Representatives will interact with customers via email and Live Chat.

Growth Opportunity
Customer Service Representatives may be promoted to a Key Account Representative (KAR) position. They focus on territory sales by making outbound calls to develop and maintain established customer relationships with key decision makers. With the Territory Manager’s guidance, a Key Account Representative executes a strategy to generate new business, including researching and understanding market trends and competitors. Other duties include following up on requests for information, quotes and orders for additional revenue.

The Key Account Representative partners with Inside Sales personnel to resolve customer issues, research and make recommendations for potential product modifications to increase sales. They also assist with any purchase order challenges and order entry duties when needed. Approximately 15% of their time includes overnight travel to tradeshows and customer visits throughout the United States.

Requirements

• Four year degree
• Minimum of 2 years inside sales experience making outbound calls
• Superior interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Strong commitment to customer service
• High level of motivation coupled with the ability to set priorities

Compensation
This position is paid hourly, earning a starting wage of $30,000 per year with a full benefits package. Relocation assistance is not available.

SEM Specialist

We need a Search Engine Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team. The SEM Specialist must be someone who is focused on both long- and short-terms goals, can work in a team environment, able to create draft proposals and communicate the ideas behind them, and comfortable working in an “approval” based system. Our SEM Specialist will manage a full circle of SEO deliverables including research, reporting and implementation. This individual is responsible for all facets of organic and PPC day-to-day management including keyword research and generation; ad copy-writing and testing; bid management, landing page optimization; search budgets and forecast tracking. If you can think outside the box, create and implement innovative SEM and social media campaigns then you may be the person we need!

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Full site and competitive audits to target opportunities with ongoing site analysis and reporting.
• Ad words reporting such as keyword performance, CTR, ad quality, campaign performance and spend analysis. Must be able to analyze data, communicate “proposed next steps” to managers and execute accordingly. (Google Adwords/Bing/Yahoo)
• Build Anthro’s presence with a SEM strategy on blogs and social media sites such as Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Develop short-term and long-term SEM strategy goals. Short-term goals include the creation of site audit work lists.
• Knowledge of best practices, industry trends and tools. (We are not interested in black hat approaches.)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications or related field
• Minimum 2 years hands-on SEM experience working on performance driven campaigns
• Experience with Web Analytics Platforms (such as Urchin & Google Analytics)
• Experience with and understanding of paid and organic searches and vendors (Google, Yahoo, Bing)
• Advanced internet research skills
• Ability to multitask in a deadline driven environment
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• General understanding of HTML (This is not a web developer position.)
• Exceptional analytical and presentation skills
• Experience with paid search management tools and SEO/SEM tools
• Attention to details important as well as organizational skills
• Must value team collaboration
• Ability to multi-task and self-motivate
• MUST be willing and able to work in a “submit for approval” environment

Senior Industrial Designer

The Senior Industrial Designer seeks to “see” the future of computer furniture. Qualified candidates will join a dynamic team and work with design tools in a complete CAD/CAM environment. As a Senior Industrial Designer, you will enjoy hands-on experience with a variety of manufacturing processes and involvement in all phases of design/product development.

Requirements

• BS, BA or BFA degree in Industrial Design
• 10 years professional experience in furniture design
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (including engineering) taking products from concept stage through production introduction
• Excellent sketching skills required
• Ability to create innovative and unique furniture solutions to support new technologies
• Experience with Inventor and 3D Studio or SolidWorks is preferred

Web Designer

We need an experienced Web Designer to join our Tualatin team. The Website Designer will develop projects from their initial concept to final publication with optimized graphics and HTML/CSS or Photoshop files. This person must be detail oriented, organized, and be a clear communicator, and also must stay current with new trends in web design, including e-commerce interfaces.

Please note: this is not a remote or telecommuting position.

Requirements

• 3-5 years experience designing for the web
• Degree in Graphic design or Interactive design.
• Extensive knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, HTML/XHTML, CSS, JQuery
• Comprehensive understanding of search engine marketing, best practices for email design, and standard compliance
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and schedules
• Able to work in a collaborative creative environment
• Able to work in the PC environment

Nice to have:

• Print design and production experience using InDesign, Illustrator or Quark.
• Knowledge of ActionScript, Javascript, AJAX, SQL and Visual Studio
• Experience in Team Foundation Server (TFS)
