For immediate release
Anthro Corporation, Technology Furniture(R), the Portland Oregon manufacturer of ergonomic radiology furniture, announces a new member to the Elevate Electric Lift Table family. The Elevate Corner is an ergonomic radiology workstation ideal for Picture Archiving and Communications Systems (PACS.) It utilizes corner spaces in reading rooms, as well as acting as an L-shaped electric lift table. The shelf height of this adjustable table is easily changed with the touch of a button to provide maximum comfort and enhance productivity in intense work environments as a sit stand workstation.
The L-shaped surface is 72” wide by 29” deep on each side, with ample space for a person to sit comfortably facing the corner. The entire adjustable worksurface will house six or more flat panel monitors to make the most of available space, and keep everything within easy reach. With a touch to the electric keypad, the Corner surface electrically raises and lowers with a range as low as 27”, up to 53” high.
This corner table’s frame is composed of heavy gauge steel, with triple telescoping electrical leg assemblies that are UL tested and approved. Cables from equipment can be routed through grommets provided in the corner of the work surface, and then guided through the cable trough, which comes standard on each table. If the Elevate Corner is used as reading room PACS furniture, the transformers for the diagnostic monitors fit perfectly inside the cable trough so they’re hidden and out of the way.
A keyboard caddy can be added to the center to ensure ergonomic keyboarding height. The keyboard caddy boasts a keyboard platform (19.5"w x 8"d), plus an extension for your mouse (8"w x 9"d). The keyboard caddy will move in and out, up and down, swivels and tilts 20° negative to 10° positive, with a movement range from 1-1/2" above your work surface to 5" below.
Other accessories to accompany this radiology desk include the CPU Siderack that connects a CPU to the side of ELT Corner, or a CPU Slideout can hang from the shelf outboard of the structure but still within the footprint of the shelf due to the overhanging main work surface wings. Flat Panel Monitor Arms gain additional flexibility with Flat Panel Monitor Arm accessories, which raise and move them for the optimal viewing angle.
Elevate Corner comes with six large 4” rhombus locking casters, four single electrical leg assemblies, the keypad with up/down function, and two control boxes for lifting the columns. The top surfaces of the Elevate Electric Lift Tables are 1 ½” core, with an overall weight capacity of 300 lbs. The Elevate Corner has a Lifetime Warranty on the table and a One-Year Warranty on the electrical.
