Anthro Corporation, the Portland, Oregon manufacturer of furniture for technology, is pleased to introduce the Chromebook Charging Cart
. Store, charge and secure up to 36 Chromebooks (or any device smaller than a laptop) in Anthro’s compact cart, which has a footprint of 29”w x 25”d.
Anthro’s new Chromebook Charging Cart has large, wide bays (1.25”w x 14.25”d x 10”h) that provide ample room to fit Chromebook-sized devices, and their cases. Two separate locking IT areas in back hold 18 cords and chargers each, and provide intuitive, easy-to-manage cable management.
The cart’s power management system alternates power from one side of the cart to the other to manage the cart’s power draw. The timer is set at 25 minutes when the cart leaves the factory, but it can be adjusted 15-120 minutes using the timer control located inside the IT area.
Because many Chromebook devices have adapters and power cords that are separate, Anthro provides thirty-six, 4-foot power cords to make the cart easier to manage. Substitute those included longer cords for shorter cords to save space and make set-up easier.
Large 4” casters roll easily over any surface to take the Chromebook Charging Cart wherever you need it to go. All four casters brake to lock the cart and keep it in place. Two 22” wide handles with round grips make the cart easy to steer.
At $2,199 MSRP, the Chromebook Charging Cart is budget-friendly, and backed by a Lifetime Warranty.
