A favorite medical cart since 2001, the POC Cart received a facelift for 2012. The new POC Cart-2 has a larger work area with a hidden support bracket, and the lower column cover has a new curved profile. The height range with the squeeze of the lever remains the same at 32” – 42”. Available in two versions: Light Load is balanced to lift 16-30 lbs; Heavy Load is balanced to lift 27-41 lbs.
The new POC Cart-2 uses the same height-adjustable column and wide chair base as the original POC Cart, now updated with a larger top and new colors. Color combinations include Cool Grey metal with Fog laminate or Silver Satin metal with Blanc laminate.
Perfect for multiple users, the POC Cart 2 adjusts in height from 32” – 42” to position your equipment at a comfortable height sitting or standing. Squeeze the lever to move the cart shelf to the right height for you.
The large shelf measures 24.5” x 21”d, plenty of space for all your equipment and supplies. It’s also spacious enough to support optional accessories underneath like the retracting keyboard drawer shown. At 20” wide, the keyboard drawer is big enough to hold a keyboard and mouse side-by-side.
With an overall weight capacity of 150 lbs., the POC Cart-2 easily supports a full load of hardware and equipment. Add Large Shelves, which hold up to 40 lbs., to hold your CPU and printer. An adjustable strap and buckle on the shelf keeps equipment secure when in transit.
Get your monitor off the work surface with a secure mounting option. For one monitor, choose an 18” high Compact Mount or the longer 26” high Extension Tube assembly. For two monitors, choose the Dual Monitor Mount on the Heavy Load cart. With installation points every 1”, you’ll position the display easily at your preferred height.
Route cords and cables through the curved trunk to conceal and keep them tangle-free. The trunk encloses the pneumatic cylinder column with screw-in knobs. These knobs provide easy access when equipment needs to be swapped or cords changed.
The wide 5-point chair base of the POC Cart-2 provides plenty of stability. Large 4” casters (two locking) move smoothly over rough surfaces, in and out of elevators, and stay in place when locked. Add an easy-grip 17” handle (sold separately) for greater maneuverability as you steer your cart wherever it’s needed!
